Launching October 2015, Executive Chef Brandon Kida began inviting chefs to come into his kitchen and create menus inspired by their travels around the globe. To kick-off the series, Chef Perfecto Rocher, formerly of Smoke.Oil.Salt, created two special menus, inspired by his travels to Spain. In February 2016, Chef Ricardo Zarate, collaborated with Chef Kida on a special 5-course tasting menu featuring rustic peruvian flavors.
For one night only, on April 4th, we will welcome Top Chef winner Mei Lin. She will team up with executive sous chef Keiichi Kurobe to offer guests a five-course tasting menu that draws inspiration from Mei Lin’s Chinese heritage and Kurobe’s Japanese heritage.
Cocktails crafted by Feisser Stone from Hinoki & the Bird will also be created to serve alongside the menus.
